FALL 2025 LEAGUE SOCCER IS BACK!
Elevate CNY is proud to begin registration for our Fall Session of Indoor Soccer!
Our 10 week session will run from Saturday, November 1st to Sunday, January 4th.
Regular Season Champions will be based on points at the conclusion of the session.
Tiebreakers are as follows: Head to Head, Goals Against, and then Goals Scored.
Substitutes on the fly!
Games on Saturday and some Sundays and Adult League is on Sunday Evenings
$995.00/team for U10 and up
$795.00/team for U8 Co-Ed
- Rosters need to be submitted before season starts, with Date of Birth
- Payment is due before second week of session, deposit is encouraged
- Ages and Birth years for 2025-26 Season (Fall-Spring)
Once you have registered your team, the active Coach or Manager will be emailed a Google Form sheet to complete filling out the teams roster. Each individual player will be required to be on the form in order to play in their first game and throughout the season. We ask that you send us any questions regarding our requirements, as our team is happy to work through any questions, comments or concerns. (This is not required for Adult Co-Ed)
