How many players can be on the field at once?
How many players can be on the field at once?

For all leagues, our fields can accommodate seven players from each team (7v7) for a total of 14 people on the field at once. For all U8 leagues, we only allow six players from each team (6v6) for a total of 12 players on the field.

Can I wear my cleats?
Can I wear my cleats?

Sneakers, turf shoes, or firm ground cleats are the only footwear permitted to protect the fields.

Can my child play in a league if they are not on a team?
Can my child play in a league if they are not on a team?

Yes. Players can be added to a free agent list and if enough are registered, we will create a free agent team.

Why do I need to be paid in full prior to the first game?
Why do I need to be paid in full prior to the first game?

Payment in full is required because it designates the team is vested in participating in the league.

I was issued a red card in my last game, what happens now?

You are required to sit out the next game. If that game is canceled for any reason, you will have to sit out the following game.

All registrations are done through EZFacility, which you can access here.

Each session lasts for 10 weeks.

My team can not make the game. What is the cancellation policy?

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for games. If a game is canceled less than 48 hours before its scheduled start time, it is considered a forfeit.

I would like to rent a field. What do I do?
I would like to rent a field. What do I do?

To rent a field, please pre-book through EZFacility or call us at (315) 231-0321 to be added to the schedule.

I would like to book several rentals over a session. Do I receive a discount?
I would like to book several rentals over a session. Do I receive a discount?

Yes! We can offer the following discounts for rentals: 10% discount for 10 hours of rental time booked; 20% discount for 20 hours of rental time booked; and 25% discount for 30+ hours of rental time booked.

Can I rent half of a field?

Yes! Half-field rentals are available at 50% off of the hourly rate.

I am having a birthday party. What do I need to bring?
I am having a birthday party. What do I need to bring?

Decorations, paper products, and all food items. We have equipment and supplies for all of your other needs.

Are there activities available for my party?
Are there activities available for my party?

Yes! We offer flag football, wiffle ball, soccer, kickball, and other sports-related games upon request. We are here to work with you to customize your party to your interests, group size, and field size available.

Can we eat on the field?

No. All food must stay outside and off of our fields.

Will there be an Elevate Team Member be available for my group?
Will there be an Elevate Team Member be available for my group?

Yes, an Elevate Team Member will be exclusively designated to your party.

If the party is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event, a full refund will be given.
